Room rates listed above are in US dollars, per night, for 1-2 persons.
*****Price for Spring, Gay pride and Summer only apply for stays of 2 days ore more per condo. Shorter stay carry a different nightly rate ******
TAXES :
Add 19% taxes to all prices.
ADDITIONAL PERSONS IN ROOM:
Each room charge includes two persons. For additional persons:
Add $18 usd per person, per night, plus taxes of 19%.
DEPOSIT :
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation thru PAYPAL. We also can receive direct deposit into our bank in Canada, USA or Mexico. Balance shall be paid in full upon arrival date. Cash or credit card only OR thru PAYPAL 24 hours prior arrival.
For reservations 4 nights or less, full payment is required.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS:

CANCELLATION PENALTIES

60 days (or more) notice: 1 night penalty

30-59 day notice: 3 nights penalty

0-29 day notice: Full Deposit penalty

New Years and Easter Holiday there is no refund of deposits and payments.
