RATES :
Room rates listed above are in US dollars, per night, for 1-2 persons.
*****Price for Spring, Gay pride and Summer only apply for stays of 2 days ore more per condo. Shorter stay carry a different nightly rate ******
TAXES :
Add 20% taxes to all prices.
ADDITIONAL PERSONS IN ROOM:
Each room charge includes two persons. For additional persons:
Add $18 usd per person, per night, plus taxes of 20%.
DEPOSIT :

For stays of less than 5 nights, full payment of the stay is required at the time of booking and will be considered the deposit for the purpose of calculating the cancellation policy.

For stays of 5 to 29 nights, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full in person on the date of arrival by credit/debit card or cash. You can also pay by interac transfer or Paypal 24 hours or more before arrival.

For stays of 30 nights and more, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full by bank transfer or Paypal 30 days or more before arrival.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS:

CANCELLATION PENALTIES

60 days (or more) notice: 1 night penalty

30-59 day notice: 3 nights penalty

0-29 day notice: Full Deposit penalty

New Years and Easter Holiday there is no refund of deposits and payments.

Stays of 30 nights or more are not refundable.
